These are the terms and conditions for entry into our 2009 Valentines & Relaunch promotion:

• All entries must be made through iTalk Magazine
• Judges decision is final & no correspondence shall be entered into
• Competition is open to residents of ALL countries
• Remote located entries, those on YouTube, Vimeo, personal blogs or other locations MUST include a link to iTalk Magazine in the copy & iTalk Magazine must be mentioned in the video
• Entrants details will be collected and compiled
• We do not collect personal details for marketing purposes (we don’t have a newsletter)
• All winners details will be passed onto affiliated businesses who are supplying iTalk Magazine with prizes
• All prizes will be dispatched by providers
• Prize pack may or may not arrive all in one go
• Entries must be of a family nature (G) rated, any entries deemed racists, sexist or those that include sexual comments, nudity, sexual acts or other lurid behavior will be disqualified
• You may enter more than once, each entry must be unique – duplicate entries will see ALL entries by that user removed
• While all efforts are made to ensure winners receive their goods, in circumstances outside the control of iTalk Magazine or those supplying prizes, goods may not be available. Where possible an item of equal or greater value shall be awarded
