iPhone browser increasing

We all know that Google say over 50% of their mobile clients are from the iPhone and I thought maybe I should check our stats.

iPhoneStats

iTalk Magazine traffic comes from a variety of operating systems, with the iPhone OS firmly lodged in 3rd spot.

  • Windows – 65%
  • Mac – 23%
  • iPhone – 8.6%
  • iPod – 1.3%

The iPhone percentage has been relatively flat, although it’s increasing at the moment.

Given then reasonable percentage of iPhone’s now visiting iTalk Magazine with our brand new look we’ve launched a fully iPhone ready version of the site – to check it out simply visit iTalk Magazine from you iPhone.

Strange fact? 0.01% of iTalk Magazine’s traffic in Dec 2008 came from Android devices!

Just goes to show how popular the iPhone is as an actual portable web browser/comptuer. Although there were others before it, the iPhone has been the only one to make browsing an easy and useable experience.
