VoiceOver coming to iPhone

I think it’s a pretty safe bet although I’m yet to see any concrete evidence that VoiceOver will find it’s way into the iPhone 3.0 release coming soon.

There is no way a sub-$100 iPod is having a feature that the flagship iPhone doesn’t carry. Given VoiceOver is generated by your iTunes software and NOT by the iPod itself it would make sense that a small software updated to the iPhone and iPod Touch will give this feature to these devices too – considering they already carry a inline button for headphones and support 4 point head phone jacks.

So what do you think? VoiceOver coming to the iPhone 3.0 or not?

    Yeah, that’s my point exactly!

No big thing to do this on an iPhone. But I’m wondering why Apple’s not promoting this great feature. I lately told a friend of mine, and he just said “I’ve got a display… Why should someone tell me the name of the song if I can read it too?”

But it’s a pretty nice feature and I would love to enjoy it on my iPod touch ^^
